This vintage AOC pear cider followed the same production process as the apple cider, but it is probably by all account even more refined in its aromas and taste. Only 3,000 bottles of this cuvée are produced each year.

 
Food Matching:
 
Poire is even more refined than cider, and therefore has to be matched with delicate dishes such as fish in white sauce or raw fish.
