A gold-yellow color, very intense. The bouquet gradually reveals its measure with at first ginger bread, honey, flowery (lime blossom) and vegetal aromas. White fruits (peaches, pears, quinces) and citrus fruits (grapefruit) appear to settle and last. A slight hint of woody vanilla in the end reinforces its fine flavor as a great sweet wine. Richness, smoothness and persistence, together create a very typical wine. |
